Job summary

Carrabba’s Italian Grill in the United States is seeking an experienced salaried restaurant manager to oversee operations, staffing and guest service. You will lead both FOH and BOH teams, promote career growth, and ensure safety and compliance with health standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of salaried restaurant management experience.
• Full Casual Dining or Casual Plus environment preferred.
• Hands-on experience in both FOH and BOH operations.
• Flexible schedule availability is required.
• Must be 21+ with legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to relocate within the assigned region.
• Computer skills preferred; bilingualism is a plus.
• Scratch kitchen exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing and hiring.
• Participate in the career growth of hourly team members.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies and health standards.
• Lead development paths for team members and promotions.
• Set customer service standards and guide team members.
• Engage with guests and build guest count through service excellence.
• Know the full menu and food preparation basics.
