Job summary

Carrabba's Italian Grill in the United States seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead staffing, recruitment and hiring, and mentor hourly team members.

The role requires 3+ years of salaried restaurant management, hands-on FOH and BOH experience, flexibility in scheduling, and willingness to relocate within the region. You will uphold standards, safety, and guest satisfaction while engaging with community opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of salaried restaurant management experience.
• Full Casual Dining or Casual Plus environment, preferred.
• Hands-on experience in both FOH and HOH.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to relocate within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring, while maintaining high employment quality standards aligned with the Carrabba’s brand.
• Actively participate in the career growth of hourly team members.
• Implement effective security protocols to ensure ongoing safety of employees and guests.
• Champion development paths for all Carrabbamicos to reach career goals.
• Comply with operational standards, policies, laws, and health inspections.
