Job summary

Carrabba's Italian Grill is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of FOH/BOH with minimal supervision. You will lead staffing, recruit and hire, and set service standards while ensuring guest satisfaction and safety compliance.

You’ll mentor hourly staff and advance their career growth within a fast-paced restaurant environment. The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, flexibility in scheduling, and a proactive approach to operations, safety, and guest

Qualifications

• 1 year restaurant management experience
• Flexible schedule
• Minimum age 21 years
• Certification in food safety (preferred)
• Willingness to relocate within the region (preferred)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
• Actively participate in the career growth of hourly team members.
• Implement security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests.
• Comply with safety, sanitation, and company policies; meet state standards.
• Respond to guest comments and build loyalty while setting service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of the full menu and preparation standards.
• Engage in community and market-related opportunities at the restaurant.
