Carrabba’s Italian Grill is hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead daily FOH/BOH operations, recruit and schedule staff, and ensure top guest experiences. You will uphold safety and sanitation standards, coach team members, and respond to guest feedback to build lasting loyalty.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety, sanitation and company policies across shifts.
• Respond to guest comments and build guest loyalty.
• Lead and develop hourly team members and maintain quality standards.
