Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
• Oversee daily FOH/BOH operations and ensure high service standards.
• Enforce safety, sanitation and company policies across shifts.
• Respond to guest comments and build guest loyalty.
• Lead and develop hourly team members and maintain quality standards.
