Carrabba's Italian Grill, LLC in the United States seeks an experienced restaurant manager to lead staffing, scheduling, interviewing and hiring while upholding our brand standards. In this role you will develop Carrabbamicos, ensure food safety, train teams, and act as a member of the management team, guiding service and operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years salaried restaurant management experience.
• Experience in Full Casual Dining or Casual Plus environments preferred.
• Hands-on FOH and BOH management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
• Actively participate in the career growth of hourly team members.
• Implement security protocols for employee and guest safety.
• Develop development paths for Carrabbamicos and internal promotions.
• Ensure compliance with laws and health standards.
• Provide direction and guidance to employees and act as a management team member.
• Respond to guest comments and build guest count through service excellence.
• Demonstrate menu knowledge and food preparation basics.
• Engage in community and market opportunities at the restaurant.
