Popeyes St. Louis (West County) is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant and drive guest satisfaction, quality, and operational excellence.

You will recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team, manage inventory and costs, ensure health & safety standards, and grow sales through great service and local marketing. This role requires leadership, communication and a commitment to our values, with opportunities for advancement in a fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Financial acumen, including understanding of P&L statements.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards in food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions.
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to achieve goals and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Oversee inventory management, food and labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through operational excellence and local marketing.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Build a positive team culture that reflects Popeyes values.
