Job summary

Popeyes, a leading Louisiana-flavored fast-service restaurant, seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest experience, and ensure top-notch food quality and cleanliness. You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team and oversee the restaurant’s financial performance.

You will motivate staff, manage inventory and costs, and enforce health and safety standards while driving sales growth and a positive, inclusive culture aligned with Popeyes values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus).
• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards in food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions.
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to achieve goals and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Oversee inventory management, food and labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through operational excellence and local marketing.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently.
