Job summary

The Restaurant Zone is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support a large multi-unit restaurant operation across the Seattle market. This role works with senior operations leaders and District Managers to connect people strategy with day-to-day performance.

You will influence talent, culture, retention, and business outcomes at scale by partnering with leaders on hiring, succession, and workforce planning, while ensuring compliant employment practices and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years HR experience, preferably in an HRBP capacity.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or a large employee population.
• Strong background in employee relations, recruiting, talent development, and succession planning.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior operations and field leadership.
• Identify workforce challenges and develop practical HR solutions.
• Partner with leaders on hiring, retention, staffing levels, and workforce planning.
• Build stronger leadership pipelines through succession and development planning.
• Guide managers through employee relations matters, performance issues, investigations, and workplace concerns.
• Help ensure employment practices remain compliant with applicable laws and company policies.
• Use HR data and workforce trends to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Support leadership training, employee engagement, compensation, benefits, and other people initiatives.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to help leadership make informed decisions.
