Sonic Drive-In in Allen, TX is seeking a General Manager/Operating Partner to lead and manage daily drive-in operations and staff. This exempt, high-responsibility role reports to the Market Supervisor and requires a hands-on leader who can drive excellence in guest service and financial performance.

You will recruit, onboard, train, coach, and schedule team members; oversee labor and inventory; ensure compliance with laws and company standards; lead local marketing initiatives; and supervise

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of restaurant management experience required (QSR preferred).
• Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws and safety regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, manage, direct, coach, lead, schedule, assign, discipline, and terminate staff.
• Manage staff compensation levels per company guidelines.
• Supervise and manage all drive-in operations to deliver guest satisfaction and financial performance.
• Oversee opening and closing duties.
• Handle guest issues and employee concerns.
• Plan, forecast, and control food, labor, and inventory to optimize costs and service quality.
• Lead regular team meetings to uphold standards and service quality.
• Maintain drive-in records and prepare operational reports.
• Develop and manage local marketing and business performance action plans.
• Ensure maintenance of equipment and adherence to policies and laws.
