Sonic Drive-In in Texas is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, train staff, and ensure top customer service and safety standards. You will control costs, manage inventories, and supervise shift leaders to execute high-quality food service with a focus on efficiency and guest satisfaction.

The role requires leadership, scheduling, and adherence to labor laws, with a strong emphasis on staff development and marketing initiatives to grow the business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced studies preferred.
• Minimum of two years restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Ability to work a minimum 5 day workweek with irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selection practices.
• Knowledge of federal/state labor laws and local health/sanitation laws.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to multi-task and solve problems.

Responsabilités

• Manage, train, coach Crew/Team members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Direct and assign employees to meet service standards.
• Open and/or close the restaurant and prepare staff schedules.
• Monitor inventory and place orders within cost control procedures.
• Maintain employment records and payroll documentation.
• Develop and implement a marketing plan; drive customer satisfaction.
