Job summary

CyberCoders seeks a Project Manager to lead high-end restaurant construction projects from conception through closeout. You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver on time, on budget, and to the quality and safety standards required for hospitality environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in commercial construction, restaurant build-outs preferred.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and permitting.
• Knowledge of building codes, health department requirements, and OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of restaurant and construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, cost forecasts, and financial reporting; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor progress, address delays or risks to stay on track.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams; conduct regular site meetings and inspections.
• Serve as primary client contact, provide updates, manage expectations, ensure satisfaction.
• Manage permitting, inspections, and regulatory compliance for restaurant and commercial construction.
• Review and control contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and as-built drawings.
• Implement safety and quality control procedures on-site; coordinate with safety officers and OSHA compliance.
• Resolve construction-related issues quickly, escalate when necessary.
• Conduct final walk-throughs, manage punch-lists, and ensure timely handover with documentation.
