Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead retail and restaurant projects, including tenant improvements and ground-up builds. You will oversee daily field operations, coordinate trades, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive projects to on-time, on-budget completion while maintaining client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of superintendent experience on retail/restaurant builds, strong knowledge of codes and OSHA, and the ability to read

Qualifications

• 5–7 years as a Superintendent on retail/restaurant construction including TI and ground-up work.
• Proven track record overseeing multiple trades and complex jobsite logistics.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
• Experience with scheduling tools and CMS (MS Project, Procore, PlanGrid) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities for TI and ground-up projects from mobilization through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; coordinate subs, vendors, and deliveries to meet milestones.
• Supervise field crews; enforce safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with PMs, architects, engineers, and owners to resolve RFIs and clarifications.
• Manage site logistics, permitting, inspections, and housekeeping.
• Monitor costs and support change orders.
• Conduct quality inspections and punch lists to meet contract and industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, ADA, and OSHA.
• Prepare progress reports, daily logs, and closeout documentation.
• Coordinate final closeout, including inspections and warranties.
