Our client is a well-known and respected General Contractor that specializes in commercial construction across the U.S. with a focus on restaurants, large and small retail, car washes, fitness clubs, and hospitality construction.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the building process of various construction projects from start to finish
• Work with different stakeholders such as engineers, architects, clients, subcontractors, and workers to communicate goals, coordinate activities, and monitor progress
• Manage the budget, schedule, and quality of the projects
• Secure the necessary permits and funds
• Provide leadership and guidance to the project team and ensure that they perform the right tasks at the proper time

Qualifications

• 7+ years commercial construction experience in restaurants, large & small retail, car washes, fitness clubs, and hospitality
• Organized with proficient time management skills
