Job summary

Patrice and Associates Franchising LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead hospitality and restaurant construction projects, from bid to close-out. You will manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors while coordinating with superintendents, consultants, and trades to deliver quality work on schedule.

You will also supervise procurement of kitchen equipment and finishes, managing RFIs and change orders, ensuring health, life-safety, ADA, and brand compliance, and maintaining

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction; hospitality/restaurant projects strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of interior build-outs and ground-up construction, including phased or occupied restaurant environments.
  • Familiarity with kitchen infrastructure (grease waste, hoods, fire suppression, specialty plumbing, high-capacity electrical).
  • Solid understanding of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and cost control.
  • Proficient in Procore and scheduling software (Outbuild preferred); MS Project and MS Office required; BIM/Revit a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident, client-facing presence.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple fast-paced projects.
  • Detail-oriented, solutions-driven leader with strong time management skills.
  • PMP or similar certification and/or a construction-related degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Hospitality/Restaurant Division. The ideal candidate has proven success managing complex restaurant, food-and-beverage, and hospitality construction projects, including full-service and quick-service restaurants, high-end dining concepts, bars, lounges, and entertainment-driven hospitality venues.
