The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

The role involves leading projects, developing plans and budgets, coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with codes and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
