Job summary

L. R Mourning Company is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of restaurant construction projects, ensuring each build is completed on time, on budget, and in alignment with brand and regulatory standards.

You will lead schedules, budgets, and field operations, manage subcontractors and vendors, handle permits and compliance, and communicate with owners, franchisees, architects, and operations teams. Travel to job sites is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial restaurant construction.
• Casual Dining and Fast-Food experience are a must.
• Experience including New, Rebuild, Major Remodel, Tenant Finish-Outs and all other aspects of commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and commercial kitchen requirements.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage fast-track schedules.
• Proficient in Excel, MS Project, Smartsheet and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, budgets, and construction activities from pre-construction through turnover.

• Handle building permits, health department approvals, ADA compliance, and fire suppression requirements.

Qualifications

Salary Negotiable depending on experience.
