Job summary

ezHIRE in Florida seeks a Project Manager to lead multiple national high-end restaurant construction projects from preconstruction to closeout. You will coordinate with executives, superintendents, architects, and vendors to deliver on time and within budget while maintaining top client relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial construction, proficiency with Procore and MS Project, and a track record of managing complex projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction.
• Experience on high-end restaurant or hospitality projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Proven leadership and client relationship skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3–5 concurrent national restaurant projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop schedules, budgets, contracts, and cost controls to maintain profitability.
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and owners.
• Manage procurement, change orders, and payments for subs and vendors.
• Oversee documentation: RFIs, submittals, permits, contracts, and communications.
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards.
• Lead meetings and report financials to executives.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee project closeout, warranties, and owner deliverables.
