Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager-level professional for its Secure, Responsible AI & Data Protection practice. You will lead day-to-day client workstreams, craft secure AI deployments, and drive outcomes across AI governance, security tooling, and client workshops.

You will partner with stakeholders to advance secure AI strategies, mentor teams, and contribute to practice assets while traveling up to 100% as required. You will collaborate across disciplines and stay current with AI security trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of total experience in Cybersecurity with depth in at least one area.
• Hands-on proficiency with agentic coding tools: Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Codex.
• Experience with AI architecture fundamentals and LLMs, agentic systems, MCP, AI Gateway.
• Experience in AI-specific security: OWASP LLM Top 10, prompt injection, adversarial inputs.
• Threat modeling for AI systems (STRIDE, PASTA) applied to LLM deployments.
• Cloud platform security fundamentals certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Associate’s degree acceptable with 6+ years.

Responsibilities

• Cybersecurity Secure AI solutions that transform clients’ Enterprise AI adoption and secure their AI-enabled operations.
• Design, set-up, and test prototype and production secure AI deployment solutions and ensure interoperability.
• Work with project teams to create AI Security and Governance offerings powered by LLMs and related tech.
• Develop strong client relationships and gain trust of key advisors.
• Make business cases for secure AI solutions and contribute to sales efforts when needed.
• Continue to learn and develop technical AI, security, and business expertise.
• Travel may be required up to 0–100% depending on business needs.
