Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee resort maintenance and ensure the upkeep of units and common areas to meet Quality Control standards.

The role involves directing preventive maintenance, managing staff and schedules, and coordinating with front office and contractors to uphold owner satisfaction. The ideal candidate has four years of maintenance experience and two years in supervision, plus CPR and Certified Pool Operators credentials.

Qualifications

• Four years related maintenance experience.
• Two years supervisory experience.
• CPR certification or in process of attaining.
• Valid driver's license.
• Certified Pool Operators designation or in process of obtaining.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work indoors with noise, dust, and vibrations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the Maintenance Department.
• Ensure that units and common areas are maintained to standard.
• Direct weekly schedules, daily duties, and payroll-related tasks for maintenance staff.
• Maintain vendor relationships and manage 3rd party contractors.
