Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in title, search/exam, or related real estate/financial services industry.
• Proven track record of managing multi-location production operations with residential and commercial portfolios.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills, along with vendor management abilities.
• Deep understanding of compliance, title examination standards, and underwriting practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential title production across the region with emphasis on quality and turnaround times.
• Hire, train, and mentor staff; conduct reviews and development plans.
• Participate in interviews and oversee weekly staff meetings.
• Develop training materials and ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines.
• Monitor KPIs, capacity, and workflow; coordinate with underwriting and claims teams.
