Job summary

Good Life Property Management in San Diego is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across residential properties. You will help keep homes, condos, and common areas safe, functional, and well-maintained while delivering excellent resident service.

This full-time, hybrid in-office and field-service role requires at least 3 years of residential maintenance, strong basic tools knowledge, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of basic tools.
• Must have Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Minimum 3 years of residential property maintenance.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders for occupied and/or vacant homes and properties.
• Diagnose and repair appliances, perform light plumbing and electrical, carpentry, flooring, drywall, and painting as needed.
• Fix window screens, screen doors, and blinds when required.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance and inspections of property grounds and equipment.
• Travel between properties using a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided; company van/tools may be provided.
