Qualifications

• 3–5+ years hands-on maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong cross-trade knowledge across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and complete repairs independently.
• Must reside on-site at Pacific Pines Village as a condition of employment.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Proficient with basic computer use and maintenance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, complete maintenance work orders quickly and accurately.
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC, and related issues.
• Perform unit turns and make-readies for apartments.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine property inspections.
• Maintain accurate work order records and communicate with residents professionally.
• Support overall property operations and resident satisfaction.
