LyvWell in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team responsible for multi-unit residential property upkeep. You will supervise grounds, interior and exterior maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and housekeeping tasks, ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role requires a High school diploma/GED and 3–4 years of commercial or multi-unit property maintenance experience. EPA/HVAC certification is required; a valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of experience: commercial or multi-unit property.
• English communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual skills are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Supervises and leads a team in maintenance of a multi-unit property; hires, trains, schedules, disciplines staff.
• Repairs and maintains mechanical equipment including HVAC; diagnoses issues and performs or assigns repairs.
• Performs or oversees carpentry tasks including doors, moldings, painting, drywall. Ensures safety and quality.
• Handles electrical duties: lighting, wiring, and power circuits checks.
• Oversees plumbing tasks: unclogging, repairs, pipe work, valves, and fixtures.
• Interfaces with contractors and vendors; secures bids and coordinates services.
• Conducts preventative maintenance duties and inspections.
• Other duties as assigned.
