Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; OSHA/MSDS knowledge; a technical degree is preferred.
• 1-3 years supervisor experience leading a maintenance team.
• Apartment maintenance experience or equivalent preferred; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and supervise Make Ready processes.
• Diagnose and repair building systems and respond to work orders.
• Inspect contractors and ensure quality, safety, and compliance with policies.
