Job summary

GGP Services in San Diego is seeking a skilled maintenance supervisor to lead a multi-unit residential property operation. You will oversee a team responsible for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and housekeeping tasks to keep our properties well maintained and safe.

Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, coordinating preventive maintenance, interfacing with contractors and vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of commercial or multi-unit property maintenance experience.
• EPA/HVAC certification required (depends on property needs).
• English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Driver's license preferred.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the maintenance team and oversees mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and housekeeping work.
• Diagnostics and repair of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and plumbing fixtures as needed.
• Perform or assign carpentry, drywall, painting, and related interior maintenance tasks.
