Responsibilities

• Supervises a maintenance team across mechanical, grounds, interior/exterior, custodial, and food service areas.
• Oversees day-to-day maintenance within budget, including scheduling and performance reviews.
• Troubleshoots complex maintenance issues and coordinates with contractors/vendors.
