Qualifications

• 3–4 years of commercial or multi-unit property maintenance experience.
• Computer and smartphone literacy; clear English communication both written and verbal.
• Note: 5–7 years of experience can offset minimum education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates maintenance staff; involved in hiring, discipline, and performance reviews.
• Repairs and maintains mechanical equipment including HVAC; diagnose, disassemble, clean, repair, replace parts.
