Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in San Diego to oversee internal and external apartment community systems, including HVAC, electrical and plumbing. The role requires strategic planning, problem solving, and leadership to drive maintenance performance and cost efficiency.

You will manage scopes, schedules, and vendor relations, guide a maintenance team, perform on-call duties, and ensure safety and quality across properties.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years of experience in facilities maintenance in multifamily or hospitality.
• Advanced experience in two or more trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, etc.
• EPA Universal Certification required.

Aufgaben

• Set scope, budget tracking, schedule, material and equipment requirements, bidding and management of subcontractors/vendors.
• Anticipate problems and implement preventative actions to ensure safety and operations.
• Lead maintenance team scheduling, duties and performance.
