Job summary

Service Experts seeks a Residential Sales Consultant in Jacksonville, FL to diagnose comfort needs and present HVAC and water heater solutions. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, customer education, and relationship management.

You will leverage internal warm leads and pipelines, visit homes to tailor proposals with our technical team, and stay current on energy-efficient technologies. A valid driver’s license and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or related professional sales certifications preferred.
• 4+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in direct-to-consumer (B2C) selling.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to educate customers and present technical concepts clearly.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities
