Service Experts is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant (RSC) in Florida. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, customer education, and relationship management to diagnose home comfort needs and present innovative HVAC and water heater solutions.

You will leverage internal warm leads, company-provided pipelines, and personal prospecting to close residential opportunities, collaborating with our technical team on site visits to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree or sales cert preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably direct-to-consumer (B2C).
• Strong business development abilities, excellent negotiation skills, and closing capability.
• Ability to educate customers and translate technical concepts clearly; strong interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
