Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in electric or natural gas utility, sales or conservation.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Apply sales processes and techniques to outreach programs.
• Make outbound calls to meet energy savings targets and schedule visits.
• Develop and present program presentations to spur activity.
• Support outreach work plan creation and tracking.
• Identify improvement barriers and report to program managers.
• Prepare weekly/monthly activity reports and track progress.
• Collaborate with contractors and customers to market programs.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.
