Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer outreach/sales within energy/electricity programs.
• Experience managing staff in outreach activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Outreach team (Energy Advisors, Outreach Specialists, Energy Engineers).
• Plan, coach, and direct work; conduct performance reviews.
• Develop and monitor outreach programs to meet monthly/quarterly/annual goals.
