Job summary

Franklin Energy is seeking an Outreach Manager I in Tucson to lead a team of Energy Advisors, Outreach Specialists, and Energy Engineers across one of the company's efficiency programs. You will provide energy advice and coordinate services for customers, identifying opportunities for prescriptive and custom incentives relevant to the customer segment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in the electric or natural gas utility industry, facilities management, HVAC design or sales, commercial and industrial lighting, or energy management.
• Previous experience managing staff performing proactive customer outreach activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to team members, including day-to-day activities and goals.
• Develop outreach plan with Program Manager to target key market segments.
• Coordinate outreach activities with the Client Marketing team, prime contractors and utility client.
• Promote the energy efficiency program to customers and trade allies in the assigned territory.
• Work with building owners and property managers to provide energy efficiency advice and assistance.
