Job summary

M and M Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical seeks an experienced Electrical Manager with a Colorado Master Electrician License to lead our electrical operations. You will oversee residential installations, mentor technicians, and ensure code compliance while delivering high-quality service to homeowners.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Master Electrician License required.
• Minimum 5 years as licensed electrician; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong residential electrical experience and NEC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily residential electrical operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and quality.
• Provide guidance and support to electricians, apprentices, and installation teams.
• Mentor and develop apprentices and journeyman electricians to improve skills and output.
• Review work for compliance with NEC, Colorado codes, permitting and company standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical circuits, equipment, and controls.
