Job summary

M and M Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical seeks an experienced Electrical Manager with a Colorado Master Electrician license to lead our residential electrical operations and support a high-performing team across Colorado. This role blends technical expertise, field leadership, and strong customer service to drive quality and growth.

You will oversee daily installs, mentor apprentices, ensure code compliance, and collaborate with dispatch, service, and installation teams to keep projects

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Master Electrician License required.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a licensed electrician; management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong residential electrical experience; HVAC-related electrical experience preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of NEC, Colorado electrical codes, permitting, and inspection requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing electricians and apprentices.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily electrical operations, ensuring work is completed safely and to company standards.
• Perform residential electrical installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
• Complete and oversee electrical work with HVAC installations.
• Provide technical guidance to electricians and apprentices.
• Mentor and develop journeymen electricians to improve skills and quality.
• Ensure compliance with NEC and state/city codes and permitting.
• Read blueprints and electrical diagrams.
• Troubleshoot complex circuits and systems.
• Coordinate materials and with dispatch, service, installation, sales, and leadership teams.
• Assist with permitting, inspections, and code compliance.
• Establish and maintain electrical department processes and quality standards.
• Monitor job quality and customer satisfaction.
