You will supervise technicians, ensure code compliance, and drive department growth with a focus on quality and safety.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years as licensed electricians, strong leadership, and a solid track record in residential electrical work.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Master Electrician License required.
• 5+ years of experience as a licensed electrician; management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong residential electrical experience; HVAC-related electrical experience a bonus.
• Comprehensive knowledge of NEC, Colorado electrical codes, permitting, and inspection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily electrical operations, ensuring safety and quality.
• Perform and support residential electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades.
• Complete and oversee electrical work with HVAC installations.
