Job summary

M and M Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical is seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to lead our residential electrical operations in Colorado. You will oversee field teams, ensure safety, quality, and code compliance, and drive service excellence.

The ideal candidate holds a Colorado Master Electrician License with 5+ years of licensed electrical experience and proven leadership in a residential setting. Expect a hands-on role with growth opportunities and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Colorado Master Electrician License required.
• Minimum 5 years as a licensed electrician; management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong residential electrical experience; HVAC-related electrical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of NEC and Colorado electrical codes, permitting and inspection requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing electricians and apprentices.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily electrical operations, ensuring work is safe, efficient, and meets quality standards.
• Lead residential electrical installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and upgrades (panels, EV chargers, etc.).
• Oversee electrical work with HVAC installations and related systems.
• Provide technical guidance and field support to electricians and teams.
• Mentor and develop apprentices and journeyman electricians.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, Colorado codes, permitting, and company standards.
• Read blueprints and diagrams; troubleshoot complex electrical systems.
