Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Sr Construction Manager to supervise residential construction across assigned communities. You will mentor and oversee Assistant Construction Managers and Construction Managers, ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety standards, and coordinate with inspectors and trade partners to drive on-time progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project/construction management in residential construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage job site and supervise daily trade partner activities according to schedules and partner scopes.
• Plan construction activities from start to finish, including pre-construction and pre-drywall meetings.
• Ensure compliance with city/county requirements, codes, and safety regulations.
• Maintain site safety logs, conduct regular safety meetings, and perform SWPPP inspections as required.
• Oversee trade partner notifications and invoices using Build Pro; approve invoices upon satisfactory completion.
• Mentor and supervise Assistant Construction Managers and Construction Managers.
