Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager to lead homebuilding operations across assigned communities. You will oversee all construction activities from site prep to move-in, ensure quality, schedule adherence, and budget control.

This role requires coordination with trade partners, inspections, safety compliance, and continuous improvement, utilizing Build Pro, Procore, and Microsoft Office to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred or 3–5 years in home building/construction.
• Residential construction management experience is required.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with construction software (Build Pro, Procore) and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities from inception to move-in, managing sites, scheduling, and trade partner supervision to meet timelines and scopes.
• Supervise pre-construction, pre-drywall, and final presentation meetings on homes.
• Negotiate inspector/trade partner issues to maintain budget and drive CIP improvements.
