Job summary

MidPen Housing Corp in California is seeking a Senior Services Coordinator to design and implement programs across multiple properties, providing coaching and onboarding for Services Coordinators, and developing subject-matter expertise to support program delivery.

The ideal candidate adapts to ambiguity, partners with diverse agencies, and leads cross-property projects to improve resident services and community outcomes.

Qualifications

• Excellent reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to work with underserved populations.
• Excellent judgment, discretion and problem-solving when working with residents.
• Experience with or interest in coaching and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Supports program implementation and day-to-day operations across multiple properties, including special projects and service delivery improvements.
• Coaches and mentors Services Coordinators, coordinates crisis intervention, and ensures follow-up for moderate to high‑complexity situations.
• Ensures compliance with mandated reporting requirements and submits program documentation to internal and external agencies.
• Builds and manages partnerships with external agencies across properties, aligning services with Resident Services goals and identifying improvements.
• Promotes cross-team collaboration with Resident Services, Property Management, and community partners to enhance service delivery.
• Facilitates community engagement with Property Managers and coordinates partner involvement and community initiatives.
• Proactively assesses community needs, manages resident feedback channels, and coordinates specialized programs.
• Maintains records, data entry, and timely reporting across properties per Policies.
• Analyzes data insights and recommends improvements to data collection and reporting processes.
• Models a One MidPen culture by collaborating with Property Management and supporting onboarding.
