Eden Housing in San Leandro seeks an Assistant Manager for Eden Lodge Senior Living. You will assist the Community Manager in daily operations, coordinate maintenance and resident processes, and maintain files and records in a compliant, organized manner.

Responsibilities include rent collection, applications processing, and ensuring friendly, professional resident interactions while upholding housing policies and equal opportunity guidelines.

Qualificações

• 6 months clerical/office experience or related training.
• Proficient typing and accurate data entry.
• Familiar with MS Office and basic office administration.

Responsabilidades

• Order office supplies and manage inventory.
• Schedule maintenance, file work orders, and follow up.
• Assist in resident move-in/out and unit inspections.
• Process applications and maintain compliance with policies.
• Collect rent, handle daily deposits, and bank reconciliation.
• Answer calls and greet visitors in a professional manner.
