Eden Housing, Inc. is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator I to contribute to EHRSI’s revitalization strategy across properties.

You will deliver Tier 1 universal programs, provide coaching-based support across housing stability, economic mobility, health, digital inclusion, and youth/family engagement, and ensure accurate documentation in Salesforce. Under supervision, you will coordinate community events, assist residents with benefits enrollment, and connect them to partner services while

Competenze

1-2 years of experience and/or training in human services, community outreach, customer-facing roles, or related fields
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn will be considered

Mansioni

Deliver Tier 1 universal programs directly (workshops, wellness checks, community events)
Provide coaching-based first level support across domains and refer to specialists when needed
Accurately document resident interactions, referrals, and outcomes in Salesforce within 48 hours
Assist residents with application processes, paperwork, and eligibility screening for programs
Coordinate with property staff and community partners to support residents
