Job summary

Eden Housing, Inc. seeks a Resident Services Coordinator II to deliver tiered service bundles across multiple properties. You will manage a 60-80 person caseload, bridge direct service and program coordination, and mentor RSC I staff with autonomy.

This role supports housing stability, economic mobility, health access, and digital inclusion initiatives across diverse communities. You will collaborate with partner organizations, coordinate resources, and maintain high fidelity to service models,

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in human services or related fields.
• Experience coordinating multi-site programs.
• Ability to mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level support across service domains.
• Design site-appropriate community activities across properties.
• Coordinate afterschool programs, youth leadership activities, and parent workshops.
• Deliver financial literacy, employment readiness, and digital inclusion programs.
• Organize health fairs and wellness initiatives; adapt to population needs.
• Provide crisis response and trauma-informed care; document incidents.
