Job summary

Eden Housing, Inc. invites applications for the Resident Services Coordinator I (RSC I) to support residents at EHRSI properties.

The role delivers universal programs, conducts workshops, wellness checks, and community events, while providing first-level coaching across housing stability, mobility, health, digital inclusion, and youth engagement. Under supervision, you’ll document outcomes in Salesforce, collaborate with partners, and advance equity through resident voice.

Qualifications

Domain literacy across housing, economic stability, health, digital inclusion, and youth/family support.
Trauma-informed, strengths-based coaching approach in resident interactions.
Proficiency with CRM systems; Salesforce helpful.
Strong communication, listening, and non-judgmental engagement skills.
Ability to document interactions and outcomes accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

Deliver Tier 1 universal programs directly (workshops, wellness checks, events).
Provide coaching-based first-level support across domains.
Coordinate referrals to partner-delivered specialists when needed.
Document resident interactions and outcomes in CRM within 48 hours.
