Job summary

RCHDC seeks a Resident Service Coordinator to develop programs, promote tenant well-being, and build partnerships with community agencies to enhance residents’ quality of life.

You will design individualized housing plans, coordinate enrichment activities, and support housing retention through education and advocacy. This role involves collaboration with management and external partners to sustain resident engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of HUD, RD, TCAC, HOME procedures and regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to train others in policy and procedures.
• Ability to develop educational materials and evaluate outcomes.
• Able to manage data, reports, and grant proposals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote a program service culture to support tenancy and resident well-being.
• Create individualized housing plans for residents with specialized needs.
• Coordinate partnerships with community agencies for programs and services.
• Facilitate resident enrichment courses and community-building activities.
• Provide information and referrals to residents to access community services.
• Maintain records and reports per department policies and funding requirements.
