Job summary

The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara (HACSB) is recruiting a Senior Resident Programs Specialist to join our Resident Services team. This full-time role leads and coordinates resident services programs, activities, and events for youth, families, seniors, and residents with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Equivalent of an associate's degree with coursework in social services, sociology, or related field and 3 years coordinating social services programs; leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate linkages to community and social services and develop marketing materials.
• Establish strategic partnerships with community-based agencies to improve resources for clients.
• Act as liaison with departments to promote resident participation and lease compliance; explain policies to residents.
