Job summary

Boulder Housing Partners (BHP) in Boulder, CO is seeking a Resident Services Manager to develop and oversee programs that improve the quality of life for seniors, people with disabilities, and residents transitioning from homelessness. You will supervise staff, coordinate services, and partner with community providers to promote aging in place and neighborhood vitality.

This role reports to the Director of Resident Services and requires strong leadership, trauma-informed practices, bilingual

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, counseling, or related field.
• Five to ten years of increasingly responsible social work experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer program work plans and goals.
• Manage day-to-day operations of Resident Services team.
• Collaborate with community leaders to meet program objectives.
• Research partnerships with service providers and schools.
• Provide strengths-based case management and aging-in-place support.
• Coordinate inter-departmental efforts to maintain housing sites.
