Project Access in Tucson, AZ, seeks a Community Program Coordinator (Lakeside Casitas) to design and implement resident services that empower families and seniors in affordable housing communities.

You will lead programs across four pillars—Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building—while engaging residents, partnering with local providers, and guiding volunteers.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in multi-family housing or related fields or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of one year experience in after-school programs or youth education settings.
• Experience serving diverse populations with cultural competency.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic design/CRM tools; strong time management.
• Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and perform light physical activities.

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs and services across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.
• Conduct outreach and survey resident needs; coordinate after-school and teen programs.
• Plan, prepare, and facilitate resident workshops; deliver topics if partners are unavailable.
• Develop partnerships with local providers and coordinate community-building events.
• Organize monthly outreach, recruit/train volunteers, and manage program outcomes data.
• Assist with budgets for resident service programs and manage contractor use when needed.
