Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm greeting to residents to make them feel welcome.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and concerns to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate lease alteration and lease renewal options and paperwork with the leasing team.
• Ensure smooth move-in by communicating requirements, completing pre move-in inspections, and coordinating loading dock/elevator use.
• Assist in move-out processes by coordinating inspections and transferring utilities.
• Support the assistant manager with administrative and financial duties.
• Develop neighborhood knowledge to recommend local spots and events.
• Assist in coordinating community activities and social events to build resident relationships.
