Job summary

Altaire Apartments in Arlington, VA is hiring a Resident Services Coordinator to oversee lease processes, engage residents, and support retention efforts. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years in administrative/lease roles, experience with MS Office, and familiarity with Yardi/CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years as administrative assistant/lease administrator, preferably with apartment leases.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) and attention to detail.
• Experience with property management software like Yardi or CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent customer service standards with residents and prospects.
• Assist residents with lease compliance issues and processing of lease applications.
• Review applications for accuracy, signatures, and policy adherence.
